Program Description

The Peer Support Drop-In Centre is a self-help network for consumers/survivors who have or have had a personal mental health issue and/or have direct experience using mental health services.

Family members are also welcome.

The Peer Support Drop-In Centre offers a variety of physical, educational, social and creative activities designed to assist individuals in their mental health and wellness.

Referrals are accepted by any source including: family; physicians; service providers; and self.
