Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides individualized mental health support and housing options for those with a serious mental illness and/or a dual diagnosis, in collaboration with other community partners. The individual must be diagnosed with severe mental health condition as determined by a professional. All clients approved for supportive housing must be willing to accept supports from CMHA HKPR or another approved agency to be eligible for supportive housing.
