Case Management - Mental Health

Program Description

As part of the Justice Program, Release from Custody Support assists individuals who are incarcerated and looking for support as they transition back into the community. Support is offered up to 3-months pre-release and for 3-6 months post-release from custody.

Access Information

Anyone can refer including self-referrals. Family members and friends can access the services initially on behalf of the individual.
Call, walk-in or complete the on-line form to initiate contact and arrange for an intake.
If in custody, request can be submitted to the Classification Officer who will contact the worker.
