Program Description

An outpatient program is designed for clients who are 18 years of age or older and have been diagnosed with a major psychiatric illness. The program offers individual and group assessment and treatment through short and medium-term therapy sessions.

A physician's referral is required from a physician affiliated with Southlake Regional Health Centre.
