Program Description

Outreach support to pregnant and parenting women (with children up to the age of 6 years old) with addictions, specifically to opiates and poly substance use.

Aiming to improve outcomes for their newborns, infants, and children, as well as to improve health and social service coordination, and to develop linkages to health care.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted and encouraged.

Group intake/screening appointments will be offered to those seeking services.
