Program Description

The program offers case management services to individuals who are accessing opiate replacement treatment or who are interested in it.

Services include on-going assessments, adjustment of client treatment plans, coordination of services, monitoring, support and advocacy.

Access Information

Drop-in session occurs every Tuesday afternoon for 2 hour session.

Self-referrals are accepted.
