Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)

Program Description

Intensive case management services coupled with a housing supplement. These housing units are intended for those with complex substance use, often with concurrent mental health and substance use issues.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point.

Eligibility requirements:
- homelessness and/or street-involved within the City of Toronto
- significant mental and/or physical health issues and referring organization must have current knowledge of client's location.
- clients must also meet Addictions Supportive Housing criteria - potential clients would have current or historical problematic substance use, are homeless or at risk of losing their housing, qualify for a housing subsidy, or have a history of high-intensity service use (Emergency Department, hospital inpatient, Withdrawal Management Service).
