Program Description

The Addictions Outreach worker meets with individuals in the community, providing specific support to persons with substance use/concurrent disorders. Services are provided at a location convenient to client, such as the hospital, high school, home, etc.
Harm reduction supplies are provided.

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
Please call or walk-in during intake hours.
