Program Description

Stop Now and Plan (SNAP) is a program for girls and boys, and their parents/caregivers.

This gender-specific cognitive-behavioural model provides a framework for teaching children struggling with behaviour issues, and their parents, effective emotional regulation, self-control, and problem-solving skills.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from self, families, and other community organizations.
Complete the online intake form, call or email for referral.
Each referral will be reviewed and service options will be discussed with the client.
