Program Description

A-Way Express operates a social enterprise courier business that provides supported employment to people with lived experience of mental illness and substance use. The courier operation provides both permanent and transitional employment. Couriers must be able to manage stairs and carry packages weighing up to 10 pounds. Employments services include a peer support group and office work placements.
