Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use
A residential treatment program for youth aged 13 to 19 with addictive behaviours and often co-occurring mental health issues. Combines wilderness, therapeutic, and academic programs through four phases - Outdoors Leadership Experience (OLE), live-in at Pine River Campus, Transition Phase and Aftercare..
The program includes individual, group and family therapy, expressive arts, outdoor education, athletics, recreation, community service, life skills, and traditional academic offerings. Students spend six to eight weeks in proximity to Algonquin Park prior to moving into residence . Campus is located on the Niagara Escarpment northwest of Toronto.

Admission is voluntary. Students can self-refer or be referred by caregivers, education professionals, the justice system or health care professionals who are corresponding for the student or caregiver.
The admissions process includes a detailed application package and interviews, including a medical exam.
