Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Long-term, structured, scheduled program of treatment and rehabilitation.

The program is offered in three phases:
- phase one is education on substance use and orientation
- phase two is the intensive component of the program
- phase three is relapse prevention.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted.

An ADAT or GAIN Q3 MI ONT assessment is not required.

A pre-screening assessment will be done during the initial call with a follow-up assessment to be completed by Zoom videoconferencing.
