Program Description

Psychiatric Survivors of Ottawa Peer Support offers individual and group peer support, and informs and educates the community about the needs of consumers/survivors. This program offers information and referrals to resources and supports in Ottawa. A safe and non-judgmental environment is provided for consumer/survivors to get together, support each other, and build upon our skills.

Referrals accepted from all sources (self, family, professionals).
Call, email, or visit website to see current available groups, workshops, and activities, or walk in to the Lounge.
All individuals must be 16 years or older and/or supporting someone who is 16 years or older.
