Case Management - Mental Health
The Indigenous Pathways to Wellness Program provides advocacy on behalf of urban First Nation, Inuit, and Métis (FNIM) communities, creates pathways for Indigenous youths and their families to access mental health and addictions supports, and educates Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations on best practices related to culturally-specific services. The program ensures equitable, culturally appropriate, and accessible services for Indigenous children, youth, and their families.
