Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use
This smoke-free environment offers two streams: a five-week and twelve-week comprehensive program. The goal is to provide education and personal awareness in a supportive in-patient setting, as clients gain the knowledge and skills to maintain their recovery lifestyle.
The initial phase of the treatment program includes intake and discharge planning, stabilization, group dynamics, education and Relapse Prevention 1, as well as education and support with life skills, personal business and recreation. All women have the opportunity to complete Phase II of the residential program which offers additional education and support with relapse prevention, life skills, personal business and recreation.
Anyone can refer including self-referrals. Call Mackay Manor directly or fill out the AccessMHA online referral form. A standardized assessment package and a minimum of 72 hours withdrawal is required. Program available to women, transgender, and nonbinary individuals.
Standardized assessments are not required. Valid health card is required.
