Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health

Program Description

Mood and Anxiety Services provides consultation for children and adolescents, aged 18 and under, with concerns about anxiety or mood disorders. Time-limited treatment including cognitive behavioural therapy and psychoeducation in individual and group formats.

Access Information

Referrals are processed through Access CAMH. A referral is required from a family doctor, paediatrician or psychiatrist. Families/youth will be encouraged to complete online screening questionnaires in order to help triage effectively.
