Program Description

This program is designed to remove barriers for people seeking to receive treatment for Hepatitis C or who are at risk of contracting Hepatitis C. It seeks to improve treatment outcomes, the number of people who successfully clear the virus, by increasing access to an inter-professional team.

Access Information

Call for information or walk-in for service. Will assist in obtaining Ontario Health Card if required. Initial screening if needed for diagnosis.
