Program Description

St. George House is an affordable, 24/7 supportive housing program for adults living with mental health challenges and who were homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. This program assists
people with all their needs to gain control and find purpose through their own personal recovery process.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
