Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Housing program for individuals who are developmentally delayed or dually diagnosed. Clients must be homeless or at risk of being homeless. Clients participate in a day program during the day and are at the group home in the evening.

Access Information

All referrals are to be directed to an intake worker at the Community Network of Specialized Care - Toronto Region.
