Housing subsidy for adults with a serious mental illness who are on limited income. Subsidies provided through lease agreements with landlords. Advocating between the individual and landlord to provide the housing and support for the individual.

Access Information

Referrals can come from self, families, friends, other organizations or the medical community.

The specific source of income required to access this program is Ontario Works, ODSP allocations or less per month.
