Program Description

Provides treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals living with a severe, persistent mental illness.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources including self, family and community service providers. Completing the online referral is preferred, but call the organization if needed.

All referrals are reviewed by a centralized intake process. Centralized intake through The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group - Mental Health Centre.
