Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Long-term residential treatment, integrated with supportive housing. Modules address all aspects of treatment including addiction, discharge planning, life skills, and social determinants of health.

For individuals wanting to self-refer, please call for help to get connected with an organization to complete the referral form.

Wayside House has its own assessment which is completed prior to admission. Clients must be fully detoxified and motivated for treatment. If client is 18 years, he may be accepted into the program with the provision of support from the youth service making the referral.
