Outpatient Clinic - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides service to children and adolescents up to their 19th birthday, as well as their family members and/or significant others. The program provides individual and family assessment, psychiatric consultation and medication management.

Access Information

Referral sources include referrals from the inpatient unit, the outpatient department, the Emergency Department, family physicians, paediatricians, schools and the Children`s Aid Society.
Referral form is available on the website. Referrals can be faxed to intake after which an appointment will be scheduled.
