Catholic Family Services Peel Dufferin offers wellness and group counselling programs that can help participants feel less isolated, share their experiences and learn from one another.
We offer this service on a range of topics, including:
- managing anxiety and depression
- parenting support
- support for fathers
- support for women survivors of domestic violence
