Provides short term client centered mental health case management from an integrated model of care. This includes, information and education around mental health, substance use, concurrent disorders, advocacy, care coordination, referrals to appropriate programs/services and groups.

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referral. Program is accessed by walk-in during program hours.
