Program Description

Intensive day treatment for individuals who are directly affected by a moderate to severe eating disorder, with a BMI greater than 16.5.

Referral to be completed by primary care practitioner through one-Link. See website for referral form.
Patient must be medically stable and have the following diagnosis: anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or eating disorder - not otherwise specified. No services for binge eating disorders.
