Program Description

Child and Youth program focuses on mental health and substance use counselling using a traditional approach to care that includes land-based activities to strengthen self-esteem and coping mechanisms.

The program provides outreach services to Indigenous children and youth living in communities throughout our catchment area.

The team is comprised of three Child Mental Health/Addictions Counsellors and a Life Skills Coordinator who assists with urgent situations.

Access Information

Referrals can be made by parents, legal guardians, teachers, service providers and children over the age of 12.
