Program Description

Counselling Connect provides free access to a same-day or next-day phone or video brief counselling session. Counselling Connect services are provided by more than a hundred counsellors of diverse backgrounds and experience including African, Caribbean and Black communities, other racialized communities, and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Support is provided for various issues and concerns.

Access Information

To book a session, go to the website and click on the type of counselling wanted/needed. Individuals select a time that works best for them and can choose individual counselling or groups. An email confirmation of the appointment time will be sent.
