Program Description

Nurse led smoking cessation program that provides smoking cessation support through individualized clinic visits, or through an automated phone follow-up service. Nicotine Dependence educational webinar offered. Individuals who use tobacco products or e-cigarettes and their family members are welcome to attend. Access Information

Self or health professional referrals are accepted. Call or email to register. It is encouraged that individuals discuss their plan with their family physician. The first appointment is a group virtual education session.
