Program Description

The Outpatient Mental Health Services program provides both individual and group treatment for individuals experiencing severe mental health challenges. Some available group treatment options include CBT, DBT, Concurrent Disorders (Seeking Safety), and a group for postpartum symptoms.

Access Information

Referrals are made by physicians or psychiatrists.
Individuals may refer themselves for groups.

Follow-up is provided to out-patients at physicians' request.
