Program Description

One-on-one addiction counselling.

Treatment and professional referrals. Online evening Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation is available.

Elementary and High School presentations on substance use are available upon request.

Access Information

Individuals may be referred by other service organizations, and may also self-refer by phone or in person.
