Program Description

The "Thunder Bay Aftercare Program" is a ten-week program located at a community centre. It offers relapse prevention education, case management, follow-up on treatment aftercare plan, advocacy, and harm reduction strategies.

Access Information

First priority is given to individuals who have completed our seven-week residential program.

Open to clients who have completed other treatment program, and/or recovery homes. Appointments are booked with the aftercare worker.
