Case Management - Substance Use
The Methadone Case Manager position is a component of the Medically Enhanced Coordinated Care for Addictions (MECCA) program. The case manager also provides regional supports to First Nations communities.
This program is designed to replace addictive opioids with therapeutic methadone and support. The program provides a comprehensive medical assessment (primary care), multidisciplinary treatment planning, counselling, withdrawal management support, information, and education.
Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
