Program Description

The Recovery Support Programs serves individuals with complex needs . Clients of this program have challenges with substance use and poor general health due to their usage. This program offers practical support such as: assistance with obtaining ID cards and OHIP cards; obtaining financial support for ODSP; and completing housing applications.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Individuals are not required to complete assessment prior to accessing this program.
