Program Description

The program is designed to support individuals experiencing a serious mental illness and enhance their capacity to complete daily activities and tasks.

The program offers outreach support in the home and community, as well as a structured day treatment program which is skill-based.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources including self-referrals.
Please call, email, fax referral form or drop-in.

Individuals must be stabilized and able to attend program unsupervised. Outreach clients can be seen in their own home. Telephone counselling can be provided if necessary.
