Program Description

This clinic provides group cycle therapy to maintain adult clients with mental health problems in the community. Services include group therapy, and psychoeducation. Some patients will receive individual counselling (1-3 sessions) to facilitate transition into group service. In addition, linkages are made with community resources.

Access Information

Professional referrals are accepted from the mental health Centralized Intake and Triage (CIT), William Osler emergency department physicians and members of the Crisis Intervention Team, Urgent Care Centre, and inpatient units. A brief assessment note outlining identified problems and working diagnosis should accompany the referral form.
