Program Description

The Regional Mobile Crisis Team provides triage, assessment, intervention and linking to other services for individuals with a mental health concern/issue. The Mobile Crisis Team is supported by the Ottawa Police Service's Mental Health Unit.

Access Information

Self-referrals accepted. Public access is through the Champlain District Mental Health Crisis Line. Callers may need to leave a message and will be called back. Call for service or complete the online referral form and fax. Care providers can also complete and fax the online referral form.
