Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

This program provides short-term case management services designed to help Status, Non-Status, Inuit and Métis individuals with mental illness/mental disorders out of the criminal justice system and assist them in reintegrating into their home communities.

Services include release/discharge planning, in-person support and recovery-focused case management for individuals out of custody who may be at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system.
