Program Description

This program provides supportive counselling for individuals who may be struggling with issues to help minimize situations.

Interventions are provided using a case management approach and can include support for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

Crisis management is available during regular office hours.

Access Information

Open referral. Individuals calling during business hours are encouraged to leave a message for the worker to return their call.
