Program Description

The Mental Health and Addictions Housing Support Worker will provide mental health and social housing support services to Indigenous individuals who reside in supportive housing units, or who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

The worker will develop and implement plans of service, coordinating and facilitating access to traditional healing and other cultural programming.
