Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Support for housed individuals diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness including: Schizophreniform disorders; Psychosis Not Otherwise Specified (NOS); Bipolar Affective Disorder (mania and depression) who require a high degree of support to maintain holistic wellness in the community. Priority will be given to individuals who also have a history of or are at risk due to their illness and symptom severity of becoming involved with the Criminal Justice System.

Hoarding supports are also offered through this program.

Access Information

Self-referrals, family physician, hospital and community agency referrals accepted. Application can be internal or can by appointment through the Intake Worker at CMHA Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge. Please call to connect with the intake worker.
