Program Description

Counselling and psychotherapy services, as well as psychiatric consultations, offered to individuals. Services are provided to individuals who have one or more of the following conditions: mood disorder, anxiety disorder, interpersonal difficulties, difficulty managing stress, difficulty adapting to a life change, burnout, low self-esteem, various losses, difficulty with problem-solving or other mental health issues or life stressors.

Access Information

Self referral for counselling and psychotherapy. Referral from the family physician or nurse practitioner for psychiatric consultation. Call for referral.
