Program Description

This client-centred program is for teens who are experiencing parent-teen conflict. The family is involved with, or at risk of becoming involved with, the child welfare system.

Youth and Family Community Capacity Program involves 3 major service activities :
- an initial assessment period to establish client needs and goals
- individual and family counselling
- parenting support

Access Information

Referrals are made through Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions (SMFC) and Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services.
