This client-centered program is for high school-aged youth and their families who require support, counselling, or life skills development to address challenges with social relationships, mood, or behaviour.

This program can be offered in high schools or in an office setting.

Access Information

Youth can self-refer to this program through their High School Guidance Department or by attending the Quick Access Counselling Clinic. Call, email, or go online to book an appointment.
