Program Description

The program provides secure, safe housing for individuals who are Six Nations Band Members, experiencing serious mental illnesses and/or addiction, and are homeless or at high risk for becoming homeless.

Access Information

Anyone can refer. See website for referral form or contact Intake Worker for more information. Individual must consent to referral.
