Program Description

Youth Wellness Centre provides counselling, support and navigation services for young people. Three streams of clinical mental health care: Early intervention for young people who are experiencing emerging mental health or addiction concerns; Transition support for youth with complex mental health and addictions concerns who need extra support transitioning from the child mental health and addiction system to adult services; and Re-Engagement, a short-term service for help-seeking youth with later stage presentation who self-refer needing specialized adult services.
