Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
The Walk-In / Call-In Clinic provides single-session therapy for individuals on an as-needed basis. We offer referral and support using brief solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing to individuals struggling with the following issues and concerns:
- personal or job stress
- relationship issues
- anger management
- separation and divorce
- balancing work and family
- difficulty coping
- anxiety and depression
- trauma
- grief and loss
- woman abuse/intimate partner violence, domestic violence
- symptom management of serious mental illness
Please note this is NOT a crisis or emergency service. This service is not suitable for the treatment of serious mental illness that also may require medical treatment. If you are in a crisis, and require immediate assistance, please contact a Crisis Intervention Program.
To access this program, please go to the website on the day of the clinic and fill out the online registration for either individual therapy or couple therapy.
Registration starts at 0900 on the day of the clinic or you can come to the office between 1300-1900 that day.
