Provides assessment and referral, counselling and treatment, relapse prevention support, harm reduction strategies, support for family members and withdrawal management support for individuals with substance use concerns.

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
To make a referral, please call, email, walk-in or fax interagency referral form .

Telephone counselling can be provided if necessary.
