Case Management - Substance Use

Program Description

MODEL is a community-based addictions outreach treatment program for women.

Services are based on a harm reduction approach that recognizes abstinence to reducing substance use as success and are responsive to the relapsing nature of addictions. This program provides practical help and supports women in a respectful, flexible, and culturally appropriate manner to meet their individual needs.
