Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Peer support for individuals who identify as Indigenous and are dealing with mental health and addiction issues. Peer support workers have lived experience of mental health and/or addictions and provide supportive listening and teaching of coping skills.

Access Information

Self-referral is preferred. Referral applicants will be contacted and an intake appointment will be confirmed to discuss services.
